Im sorry that you had a bad experince but unfortunatley we do not control the postal service, we sent you two orders and one for free due to the fact that the post office delivered it to the address that YOU yorself provided, that was obviously not the correct address. I am more than willing to try and send you onother order if you would like to provide us with the correct address. I would like to point out that penalizing my business for a mistake that either you or the post office made is not good business but thank you for the review.
